FCSearch vs. FD Online Platinum

Our library has just been designated a Foundation Center CC and I am trying to figure out the difference between FC Search and FD Online PLatinum. I have been away from Foundation Center resources for a few years so I am rusty, only knowing the FC Search program. I have to make some quick decisions about which one to choose. Can anyone give me some tips on the two? Thanks in advance!
