Thanks to Ruth's encouragement (and looking at the information on her website), I've put together a brochure that we can hand out about assistance to individuals. I'd be glad to share it--send a snail mail address. By the way, NYLA (New York Library Association) was going to partner with Matthew Lesko at some legislative event in Albany where Lesko was going to sign his books. NYLA dropped the event after we librarians protested!
