    What to call workshops?

Posted by Shelly Weiner on 12/13/2004, 3:40 pm

    Hi all,

I am starting to plan 2 all-day workshops for our public next Spring. I will be doing one on "Grant seeking basics" (everything up to writing the proposal) and the other one will be on "Proposal writing".

Our graphics/PR dept. say they will call the series "GETTING YOUR NON-PROFIT MONEY". Needless to say, I am not happy about this title (I have visions of EVERYONE in Las Vegas coming into the library for some of that non-profit money being given out!)

I have managed to get them to hold off for the next 3 days in order for me to come up with a different title.

My brain is toast this morning; the only thing I can think up is "NON-PROFIT GRANT-WRITING" Anyone have any other suggestions?

    Thanks from Las Vegas
    Shelly Weiner
