Deciding which paper sources to maintain isn't always difficult. Core-collection aside (and have I seen that change over the years) what to maintain or not is often a matter of pragmatics. For example, "New York State Foundations" is an extra that we do maintain here at Levittown P.L. but the paper "Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance" has not since the on-line version is so readily accessible. 15 years and counting can afford perspective. Usage at our CC has risen but most patrons nowadays gravitate to the CD-rom and on-line sources and who could blame them?
