Online State Foundation Directories?????

I would like URL's for any web-accessible state/local foundation directories. We are in the process of updating the state foundation directory for South Dakota, which is accessible via the internet at: (http://www.sdstatelibrary.com/grants/index.cfm) We would like to see examples as to how other state/local foundation directories have handled indexing and "look and feel" issues. I seem to remember that FC published a listing of the URL's of online state/local directories, but I can't find it just now. Thank you!
