I know of no written examples, but I understand from some of our users who use fiduciary agents that the grant seeker, the agent and the grantmaker do a lot of pre grant talking and planning. It appears that procedures are hashed out pretty well in advance. This also appears to be in the who knows whom catagory. Sorry. lmc
