Proposals for Umbrella Organizations

Hi everyone,
A caller has asked me to find a sample grant proposal that comes from a group that hasn't received its IRS Determination Letter yet but is applying for grants under the umbrella of an existing 501c3. I guess this would be the same as, or similiar to, a fiscal sponsorship. I haven't been able to find any such proposals, or advice on how to write such proposals, on the Internet or in any of our proposal writing books.Any suggestions?
