Our stats are up. But...we are in the second year of a three year grant which has enabled us to increase our outreach, staff time, programming, and referenece services. I can see us leveling off at the current number for inhouse use. I think the email and telephone service will expand as will the " On the Road" feature we have out and about in the over 9 county area. There are more indepth question and more from scratch learning sessions. Many new users do not enjoy admitting they need the really basic materials so tact and finesse are figuring in the planning modes. With the present economic conditions, more organizations are looking to broaden their donor bases and more people are getting the urge to start nonprofits. At least in our area. lmc
