I'm glad to hear that you're working with your local United Way, Marybeth. United Ways can be great partners for our CCs and they usually do have substantial databases of names of potential customers for your Collection. I also want to put in a plug for asking your local United Way to subsidize or sponsor a day of training at your library for their audiences. That has worked well in other communities. And of course, Twitter is great, as long as you have a large group and the right group of folks following you.
