Hi,
Our events get advertised on our website, paper newsletter and through our e-newsletter.
Within the past few months I've started using twitter as another way to get the word out.
I also heavily rely on the community connections that I've made to help spread the word. It goes both ways of course and I will gladly spread the word about their events.
