Hello Andrea,
We have already switched to computer audio although we're going to leave the telephone option in place for those that don't have the right technology. Right now, we're wedded to LiveMeeting, since we have a contract with them (as well as a freeze on new software purchases). We would definitely look into other webinar software options for the future and would welcome suggestions from any of our CC supervisors who have positive experiences with a different service.
