workshop ideas

I am planning a grants workshop for October at the library. I'm planning on having someone do a presentation on grantwriting and I will do a Foundation Directory tutorial. In the afternoon I wanted to have a Meet the Grantmakers session. Has anyone done a workshop like this in the past? I'd love some tips or ideas.
