fiscal sponsorship

Good morning! I learned about the concept of fiscal sponsorship at Network Days, and I have just ordered Colvin's book for our collection. I have two questions: #1 Is fiscal sponsorship primarily for the Arts, or not necessarily, and #2 Does anyone have a training package for Fiscal Sponsorship that they can share with me. Thank you!
