older print material also prints vs online

Hi all
I still have a Foundation Grants Index 2000 onshelf--I assume I should discard this--in the F Ctr libraries i notice the only newer edtn is a cd-rom 2003. Am I right?
Also, I was wondering what elements of the Foundation Center Print materials ARE NOT duplicated or findable in Foundation Directory Online Professional or Grants to Individuals Online?
Lastly, is there a list somewhere in CCNet that tells us when the 2007 copies of print material can be expected?
Apologies if any of the above is obvious and/or has already been covered--if so, please refer me to the appropriate sections
