CC brochures

Hi all,
I want to put together a brochure/handout for our collection. My suggestion, however, is already in the the dreaded "we've never done it in the past, why should we do it now?" stage of the game  If you have already gone thru this process...
1. Would you mind sending me a copy of your brochure?
2. Also include any suggestions, hints, "shoulda's" etc. Thanks
