Hi Al. If they file a separate 990 form and have their own EIN, their 990 should be available on Guidestar (and increasingly on the Foundation Center's web site as well). But if not, if it's just a chapter of a larger organization, it won't be. The only option is to approach the organization directly or the state attorney general. I'm not sure how individual states handle the requirement for local chapters to file separately. I hope this helps.
