FDO script

We have just switched from FCSearch to FDO. Have any of you used the prepared "script" for this? If so, how long would you say the script runs? I would appreciate any pointers, suggestions, comments, pros-cons etc. on teaching such a class (script or no script). How long was the presentation? Half day, whole day, 2 hours etc? Did you just present it (ala PowerPoint) or did you actually let people do hands-on at a computer? I will be presenting this class in about 2 months; our computer center wants to know how much time to block out. Thanks. Shelly
