meet the grantmaker

Does anyone have any sugestions for a "meet the grantmaker" program? Did you have a program, where the grantmaker spoke for 5 or 10 minutes, or just a meet & greet? Did you have more than one foundation represented? I'm thinking about doing one, and I'd like to hear how other libraries have handled this type program. Sarah Ziegenbein
