Outdated National Guides

Patron just complained, err.. pointed out that we still have
(1) National Guide to funding in higher education (6th ed 2000) and
(2) National Guide to funding for elementary and secondary education (5th ed 1999).Are these 2 still part of the core collection? (I couldn't find them listed anywhere). If not, anything else comparable - besides subject indices in the Fdn Directories or FC Search? Should we keep them still or toss? I have seen these 2 titles on a daily basis for 5 years, but haven't SEEN them (if you know what I mean!) Shelly
