geo focus

Hi All - in the tutorial for advanced search tachniques it states "Information about geographic focus is not available in every grantmaker record (75,000 records out of 77,000 records) - does that mean that 75,000 have a geo focus or that 75,ooo do not have a geo focus? Thanks
