Cat eye syndrome, Maybe? Any info could help

My daughter Joslyn is 2 1/2years old. Is still not walking, crawling, or talking. she has reflux, coloboma in her right eye, and an anul fistula that has been repaired. They say she has some hypotonia. the genetic clinics cannot find a genetic thing wrong with her and have put her into Dr.McDermid reseach project in Canada. Thinking that she has all of the symptoms of Cat eye,but hasn't tested postive genetically for it yet. Can anyone tell me if their child eventually ended up walking and talking and anyother info that could help.Thanks
