Thanks for the advice Dr. Dave- we finally got her MIC-KEY button when Reagan was 6 months old and it certainly has made things much easier. Our daughter seems to share Ingrid-Holly's strong will to do things (especially eating) on her terms. We are making some strides but it is slow. She has had all the tests which do not reveal any anatomic or physiologic problem with swallowing or gastric filling. Most of our progess lately has been with restricting the MIC-KEY button to night time only and letting her feed herself during the day. It is nerve-racking since she is already in the 10th percentile for weight, but she seems to be catching on. Hope all is well with you and thanks again for the advice
