If you take this to any medical library they should be able to track down the article. The main point of the article if I remember correctly (I read it several months ago) was that the smaller mandible (jaw) makes endotracheal intubation more difficult, thus anesthesiologists need to be aware that obtaining an airway may be difficult. Most anesthesiologists (especially pediatric anesthesiologists) will be more than capable of handing this type of difficult airway without any special preparation.
