Hi my name is Deborah. I have a six month old little boy named Adam. He was diagnosed with CES about two weeks after being born. The first sign was imperferated anus. He had surgery two days later and has a colostamy bag. He now has has second surgery and has an anus and now we are waiting for last surgery to close colostamy. He also has urinary reflux and we have to do catheter three time a day. He was born with a small optic nerve, small ear, and his nasal cavity is also small. I fear for my son's future cause i don't know what it is going to be like. Please if someone could give me some answers of what i need to look for it would be greatly appreciated. This is my first child and i am so afraid of having another because i am probably the carrier and i don't want to put another child through pain. please help.
