Hi Marilyn, i am not really sure if you still read this website and respond but i was just reading about your son. My son Adam was also born with a colostamy bag and he will be having his final surgery this coming August. I was wondering how your son is doing and how is development is and what i need to know about Adam's feature. I am probably the one caring the gene as well and i don't think i could have another child with this. It is too heart wrendhcing and painful watching him have surgery after two days of being born. He also has urinary reflux, small kidneys, and i believe he is a little slow at six months. He doesn't sit up yet or want to play. He feeds very well and i am so happy for that. Please respond to me if you can. i really am scared for my son's future.
