Do you know exactly what part of the chromosome she has? Our DD has mosaic SMC but not a part that contains genes critical for CES (and she is fine). We were told that there are cases that have all CES genes and are totally fine as well. We went by: if u/s is ok then she is fine, since with CES there are normally many signs present together.
