I am English. My son who is now 46 years old has bi-lateral colomboma. He was of quite a lot of interest to the medical people when he was very young. It has not affected him visually and it is not really very noticable because he has very dark eyes. No-one else in our family before or since has the condition. None of his children are affected either.
