cat eye syndrome-need information

Hi, I have a family that I work with whose son just got diagnosed with Cat Eye Syndrome. I will be providing respite care for him, but am not completely sure of everything with this syndrome. Everything I find online tells me about the genetic part of it. I am not concerned with that. I need to know how to help the little boy and his family. For instance, he has behavioral problems, is that because of this or something else...etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
