Abort pregnancy?

I am 19 weeks pregnant and just diagnosed prenatally that we have a boy with a marker chromosme 22. We are trying to decide if we should continue the pregnancy. How is the quality of life? Major mental retardation? Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks!
