hi there i know how you feel debra my sonn was hours old when he was diagnosed with the same problem as your son it is very hard my son is now four and is having difficlties potty training i have to get his nappies specially made through the goverment he had his colostomy closed at 6 months and said he may need another one in the fuure as he they chipped his nerves in the operations hes had and stillk some more to go there is nothing more hard in the world then to see your own son in hospital under the knife its two hard for words x but i wanted you o know i have had 2 more kids since then and they are perfectly normal so dont let it stop you having more me having 2 more as helped my son come on leaps and bounds no matter what the problem things do get better xxx hope you and your son is ok all the best love lindsey in barnsley xx
