Hello, I am the mother of 2 CES children. After Hannah died we were given the basic 30 cell genetic test. We were told that this would NEVER happen again. So we had Austin and he also had the syndrome. Needless to say, we found a new doctor and hospital. They did much more indepth research and looked at hundreds of cells, still no evidence. So we were told that we should not have more children. Most likely, the extra chromosome is in my eggs or Tim's sperm, but no tests exsist that can confirm this. If you find out anyone that can test for this, please keep us in mind, and I will do the same. Take care.
