Sorry . . . one more question. How inappropriate is it to use a brand name in a comic gag? Every now and again I develop an idea that requires the mentioning of a popular brand (not in a defamatory way) For example can I mention Advil or Anbesol or Elmer’s or Nikon? This, in some ways, is more important than my FIRST question. :)
