Fi, if you put the URL of the .jpg in the bottom "You can ignore this" box, the image should appear within the page. The first box will create a clickable link to the image and will send vewers to the page where that image is stored. I'm not sure what the second box does as I have never used any of them but you can preview your post before you send it to be sure that it's working.
