Posted by Jeremy on October 26, 2001, 16:06:45 Just a little piece of information that I thought some of you might in interested in. I am currently working with this organisation in Canada which I thought some of you (or people you know) might have potentials to work together. This is a fairly new Canadian-based organisation called Engineers Without Borders, and their mandate to apply technological solutions to problems in the developing world. Currently, we have various infrastructure and water resources projects in Mali, Bolivia, Zambia etc with partner NGOs. Certainly, we are also looking for new projects. So if any of you or people that you know are working on things that might have potential needs to engineering support, in technological research or project implementation, we'll be very happy to see how we can help and it will be great if you could contact us. For more information could you please either email me at chanyinlun@yahoo.com or visit our website www.ewb-isf.org One more thing, I think these people from University of Toronto are working on a water filtration project in Huarina, Bolivia, and are looking for links to groups in Bolivia, NGOs, universities and other laboratories where they could do chemical/microorganism testing, or people who are doing similar development projects. So please email me if you know of anybody that could help. Best to everyone,
Hello all, how is everybody?
Jeremy
