RUNDLL Error

Get the error message when the Desktop forms.C:\program~1\IEMENU~1\tbextn.dll
The specified module could not be found. OK?
System seems to be running OK. Did a system restore, but still get the message. Have run SpyBot and NAV, but it doesn't go away. Any suggestions?
