atmsys.drv missing !!!

Everytime I start my computer it appears and message that says "Error on loading atmsys.drv - please re-install windows"
I have already reinstalled windows 98 and it only runs the safe mode... then, I realized that this file is missing so please, anyone, send me this file !!!
