a friend of mine has just recently encountered a problem with windows xp and he is gettingh the error message nt authority\* and then the computer is shutting down- he has told me that he has recently unistalled several games but he cant remember what games they are. can any one help me in trying to get his computer up and running again. he cant get the computer to load up into safe mode. would the best solution be to reinstall windows.
