OE identities

Hi....hope someone can help.
We use WindoME, and IE6, with Oe6, we had 5 email accounts with Oe, then one day, 2 of our emails accounts were gone........
When I try to switch to my daughters, and I click to swotch, the screen goes blank, and I need to click the envelope icon to get OE back, Also, OE will not let me add new identities.
