Error Deleting File

I am using Win98 and my ISP is Juno. My problem is I am getting the
following error message each time I try to delete some files in My
Favorites and cookies and other places::
Error Deleting File -- Cannot delete (the file). Cannot find the
specified path. Make sure you specify the correct path.
Can someone tell me how to fix this?
