In 1970, I visited Captain Bill's grave. The stone was very dim, but it was a Civil War stone issued by the USA. The grave was directly across the road and up on the hill from the former Woodrow Moore Store at Whick. In years to come, I notice homes have been built in the area, so I don't know what happened to his grave. it may have been moved. I took a photo of the stone at the time.
