Elam cemetery

I'm trying to get directions/find location of the Elam cemetery in Breathitt County so I might visit it. I have found a vague refernce on another site of it's location being "on the point above where Fletcher Fork empties into Hunting Creek at Bays Kentucky". I wanted to verify location, if possible.
Are these the names of roads/streets or the names of waterways in the area? I found where two roads of these names intersect on a map, but I wanted conformation before making a multiple hour trip for my new hobby.
