Breathitt county fire lookouts

I am working on an update to the Forest Fire Lookout Association's Kentucky fire tower page (www.firelookout.org/towers/ky/ky.htm) and am searching for information on the three Breathitt County fire lookouts - Caney, Frozen (a.k.a. Fugate) and Nailors Rock. Do any of these towers still exist? If not, when were they removed? Who operated them? Does anyone have any pictures or stories that they’d be willing to share?
