I'm not sure if this helps. However, in the book, Reconstructed Marriage Records of Breathitt Co., KY by Margaret Millar Hayes, on page 74 it states, "Wilson Hollon (18 S) & Lucinda Hayes (16 S R. Ows)
25 Feb. 1858."
Wilson was age 18 & Lucinda age 16, both single. I checked in the front of the book and "R" stands for resides & Ows is for Owsley Co., KY.
