Birth records for Harvey family

Hi
I'm in need of a birth record for my gggrandmother, Sarah/Sally Harvey. She was born between 1879-1881. I'm trying to find out who her parents were. I'm leaning toward Benjamin Harvey but need some proof. Sarah eventually settled in Wayne/Mingo Co WV after she married Vandalia Hatcher. If anyone has access to birth records or can tell me where I can find them on the web, I would be so grateful. My email is ferbie1968@hotmail.com Thanks for your time.
