Which Hays/Hayes Cemetery are you asking about? There are at least three in or near Jackson. The largest one is on Wolverine, there's another on Highway 15 North, and still another on Quicksand Road (now called the Snowden Cemetery).
There are many Hayses buried in the Jackson Cemetery and other cemeteries throughout Breathitt County. The Hays family was one of the earlier families to settle in the county, and there are many places which hold their remains. Also, most of the early Robinsons I know about are buried in the Snowden Cemetery.
