I'm really sorry to see you guys break up.
To be honest, i don't see how you weren't offered an acceptable contract.
You may wish to pull your website down and replace it with either current info or an epitaph. It is rather unnerving going to brandoland.com and seeing a site so upbeat about a band which don't even exist anymore. It's is afterall the official fansite.
