I'm almost ready to buy a new detector. I have some detector experience with the Quick Draw II. Is a new Land Star at $299.00 (from a net dealer with no 4" coil) a better detector and value than a Pioneer 505 (with 4" coil included) at $279.00 plus 8.25% sales tax. Or does the Land Star's features justify the difference. By the way...just saw a net dealer offering the Time Ranger w/4" and 8" coils for $449.00 and no tax...decisions...decisions! Thanks for any comments.
