hello. I have a discovery 2000 that i picked up at a estate sale and was wondering if someone could help. i spent most of last week trying to learn the detector and went out sat. to a old farm and found some stuff.Nothing special,junk really but being new i dug every beep. anyway i always wanted a detector and i know im going to like the hobby and hopefully by christmas will move up to a land ranger. so now what i need to now.
1) is this discovery 2000 ok to learn on.
2) what is the max depth this detector will pick up something?
3) Is a Bounty Hunter as goog as the other "top brands"
4)if you own a B.H. would you buy it again?
