Hi Jane. The T.Ranger will work OK for
caches, though it's designed mainly for
coinshooting with its program choices.
Generally, you'll also need the larger
10" coil for caches, since they're usually
deeper than single coins. With the Time
Ranger, the 10" coil will have to be
adjusted to the detector at the factory.
Depthwise, the T.R. will certainly find
caches, especially in all-metal mode.
