Hi Jeff, thanks for the response. The model I have is one which has no knobs and screws on the front. It has a smooth face plate. I had unscrewed the coil plug in the back but cannot see any other screws or release tabs. I even looked in the battery compartment. I'm afraid to pry the faceplate out. I would appreciate any help that is offered. Thanks, Dan
